REPLACEMENT, RETURN and REFUND
At Organic Punjab, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we ensure the highest quality standards, if you experience any dissatisfaction with your purchase or the delivered products, please refer to the process below for replacements, cancellations or returns.
Replacement –
- Replacement of products may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the product is damaged during transit and the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the product delivered has a remaining shelf life of less than 30% of its total shelf life, subject to reporting within 24 hours of delivery.
- In case of any quality related concern, subject to verification from internal quality control team after detailed understanding of the concern raised and product evaluation.
- Return of the concerned product is mandatory for processing any replacement. Replacement shall not be initiated without receipt of the product.
- Replacement of products is not permitted under the following circumstances:
- Expired products are not eligible for replacement.
- If the product has been used or partially consumed are strictly not eligible for replacement.
Return –
- Products are delivered on NON - RETURNABLE BASIS
- Return is allowed only in case of delivery of incorrect or damaged products.
- Products returns are subject to approval by the company.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund –
- Refund of the delivered product is permitted where there is a quality issue or order cancellation by the Company.
- Refunds can happen via Original Payment Method/ Transfer into customer’s bank account.
- Refunds to bank accounts shall be processed within 7-8 business days (Subject to clearance in quality check).
- Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The name of the customer initiating the refund should match the name of the bank account holder.
- Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders.
- Refunds will only be initiated after we have physically received the returned shipment. Hence Refunds will not be applicable in case a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.
Order Cancellation-
- Customers can request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order
- During the hours of 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
